Allfiled works using files. Allfiled has a file for every aspect of life, including; your home, vehicles, medical details, passports, driving licences, insurance policies, financial documents and many more. With over 70 different file types and, more added regularly, every detail is covered.

Each file is specific to a purpose but users can create multiple files of the same type, so they can add all their family (people files), contacts (suppliers, friends, tradesmen) and properties so they're prepared for every eventuality.

Automatically Organised

Each file a user creates can be related to other files. So account holders are related to bank accounts and vehicles to insurance policies. Once added files are automatically categorised and organised so they're easy to find and access.

Files hold multiple fields of data, from account numbers to reminders dates. These fields are never duplicated so the user doesn't have to type the same thing twice. Users can add details manually, via our many look-ups or they can be added from any databases of information you hold on them.

Upload Documents

Customers can upload as many documents, images or spread-sheets as they need, and attach them to files.

This helps them to keep receipts, emails, or any important records they need (such as scans of passports, insurance documents or correspondence) in a single highly secure, yet accessible, online location.

Constant Contact

Many files have event dates - key dates we all want to be reminded of but so often forget. MOT renewals, birthdays, policy expiries, everything we need to remember is available. As soon as a date is added Allfiled automatically generates a reminder to send to the user, ensuring they have plenty of time to act and never get unwanted surprises – like discovering a passport has expired just before going on holiday.

Each reminder can be styled to reflect your brand. In addition all reminders can carry a specific offer or message, either as a banner or plain text. This makes it a perfect marketing tool since the customer has requested, and will open, these communications. There's no more need for spam or direct marketing.

Automatic

Reminders are automatically set as soon as a date is added. Each reminder has a different message and function, so for an MOT expiry the customer is automatically reminded 30 days before (plenty of time to book a test), a birthday a week before and for a passport 7 months (since it can take a while to renew).

These automated triggers are customisable so users can change the dates reminders are sent, set repeats and add multiple reminders for an event (for example a month, a week or even a few minutes before). They can even specify what time they want the reminder to be sent, so they can create reminders to take medications at specific times or make sure they don't miss important appointments.

Smart Reminders

Getting an email or SMS telling you that you need to do something is helpful. Allfiled adds real value to your customers by sending them the information they need to get things done. This could be policy numbers, contact emails, telephone numbers, prescription details or any other information stored they would find useful.

All their upcoming reminders can be viewed in an online calendar. From there they can see what's coming up at a glance, and easily change or edit reminders. In addition they can create reminders which are unrelated to files. This means customers can add any reminder they might need (such as school holidays, social engagements or anything at all) providing yet another opportunity to get brand and marketing communications across without spamming.

All the contacts and supplier details your customers might need can be saved in Allfiled. From friends and family members to local authorities and doctors, everything's covered.

In addition any details added are sent to the customer when they are sent reminders, so they can get things done, like book an MOT or service for their car or an appointment with a dentist or doctor.

Supplier Lookup

Customers can add any contacts they want into their account, but Allfiled also holds the details of thousands of suppliers including all Councils, utility providers, banks, credit cards providers, insurers and many more.

All the information users need is to hand when they need it. Details held include addresses, contact numbers, web addresses, online login address and more. Lists are regularly updated and checked to help ensure all details provided are current.

Correspondence Tracking

Each file and contact allows the user to add their own notes and reminders. This means that customers can add information about when they contacted a supplier and any responses they got.

Customers can also upload email correspondence, receipts of purchases, warranties or even terms and conditions. Everything they need a record of can be stored in one secure online place so they have the information to hand, even when away from their paperwork.

As with any revenue generating service in Allfiled, when your customer purchases a policy any commission paid by the insurer is shared between us, which means you can monetise your customers in ways you may never have the opportunity to otherwise.

Utility Switching

Utility switching has become big business since prices began steadily rising over the last few years. We've teamed up with Energyhelpline to provide a great and simple service which helps customers find out how much they could save, and switch their suppliers in just a few minutes.

Allfiled searches the whole market so there's no need for the customer to search anywhere else for a better deal. If the customer likes the savings they can purchase immediately with just a few clicks.

Mobile Sales

Many of us have mobile phones gathering dust at the bottom of a drawer. Allfiled's mobile phone service allows customers to quickly and easily find out how much they are worth and sell them online.
