Terms & Conditions of SMS Messaging

To receive your allfiled reminders by SMS you will need to add your mobile telephone number to your account and accept the terms and conditions in the SMS sent to your mobile device.

You will receive as many reminders as you have set in the system. If you have SMS reminders turned on any new reminders you set will automatically be sent by SMS unless you tell the service to send it by email only. You can do this while setting the reminder or afterwards by logging into your allfiled account, going to the reminders section, selecting the reminder you wish to turn off, and selecting to send reminder by "email only".

To stop all allfiled reminders being sent by SMS text RED to 84555 at any time or you can turn SMS reminders off from your account page with your allfiled account.

What it costs:

O2, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Orange subscribers messages cost 25p to receive, plus usual text message rate. Costs from other mobile providers may vary.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. This service is organised by allfiled UK Limited of Swan House, 203 Swan Road, Hanworth, Middlesex, TW13 6LL. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, any "We", "Us" and "Our" mean allfiled UK Limited.
2. "You", or "Your" refers to you, the customer and user of the Service. By using the Service You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3. The cost of each text alert sent to You by the Service will be charged at the rate of 25p for O2, Orange, T-mobile, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone network users. Costs from other mobile providers may vary.
4. Charges for the Service will be deducted from Your available credit time if You are a pre pay customer or appear on Your monthly statement if You are a pay monthly customer.
5. If you are not the bill payer, you must get permission from the bill payer before subscribing.
6. You can cancel the Service at any time by sending RED to 84555.
7. You acknowledge that You are only entitled to use the Service for lawful purposes, for Your own personal, private use and will not use the Service in breach of our or any third parties intellectual property rights in the Service.
8. You recognise that the Service may, from time to time, be adversely affected by events outside our control. We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure the uninterrupted and timely supply of the Service and will take all reasonable steps at our expense to correct any error, omission or mistake, but will be under no liability for any error in, or delay in, or failure in transmission of the Service.
9. Components of the Service are supplied to us by third parties and We can make no promises, express or implied as to the Service, including but not limited to, its accuracy, relevance, or quality.
10. In addition, the Service is subject to the limitations of the enabling technology on which it is reliant and may be adversely affected by network performance and other operational factors beyond Our control, including without limitation, congestion, network coverage, dropped connections, the performance of Your wireless device and the maintenance of secure network connections. We accept no responsibility if You do not receive the Service for any of these reasons. These terms and conditions will not affect Your statutory rights.
11. We will not be liable to You in any way for failures, defects or delays in the delivery of the Service which are caused by one or more of the following reasons:
    • You have provided an incorrect phone number or other incorrect information before ordering a Service;
    • Your phone does not support the Service;
    • Your message mail box is full and has no additional memory to receive the download;
    • Your phone is out of range or for some other reason can not be contacted;
    • You accidentally erase a Service provided to You. In no event shall We be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of income, data, or other information, even if We has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the Service.
12. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
